On-site assembly and installation of more than 1000 metric tons of steel( kiln shell, feeding hopper, structural steel, silos ), equipment ( belt conveyors, bucket elevators, screens, feeders, etc.), process piping( natural gas, compressed air, cooling air, hydraulic ), natural gas burners, instrumentation per P&I diagram. Part of the MZP scope was pressure testing of piping and hydroflush of hydraulic circuits. Thermal insulation and cladding was supplied by MZP for this project.
